We work with our clients to assess, independently validate, monitor and report - internally or externally - the impact of their CSR initiatives on the relevant stakeholders. Our assessments are based on client’s needs and might include quantitative or qualitative analyses, creating case studies, establishing benchmarks, gathering of best practice and building reference materials, or enabling cross-sector or historical comparisons.

For us, a key element of impact assessment is to understand what needs to be assessed and why, so that we can avoid overloading the organisation and its stakeholders with unnecessary metrics or irrelevant information, and therefore avoiding the dangers of distracting or disrupting their work.
