Our years of experience working with leading consulting companies, revealed that clients were often paying more than they should for ideas that did not add value to their businesses. Even more alarmingly, they were committing to pay fees in advance, before seeing the outcomes of those assignments.

This reality, together with our strong determination to deliver high impact results, is why we adopt a very different approach to our fees. 

Our clients determine how much they pay. It’s that simple. 

They see the results and only if they believe the outcomes are valuable to them, or to those they aim to help, do they pay for our work. Even then, it is up to them to decide how much. In other words, we transfer the power back to our clients.

At Quanta we are serious about establishing real partnerships with our clients and helping them fulfil their corporate citizenship. We don’t believe we can establish true partnerships if we are forcing our clients to commit to pay upfront or when they do not think they are getting value for their money.
